The staff were awesome, giving us great tips for our car trip to Geneve. The spa area for kids and game room downstairs were mind-blowing. The dinner was delicious, with a fantastic price/quality relation. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, even for the kids. The view from our balcony was jaw-dropping, and the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were a must after skiing. The on-site car park was super convenient, and the hotel was very warm throughout. The ski room was great for storing our gear. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The terrace was lovely for breakfast and drinks, and everything was very clean. The rooms were a good size. The hotel had wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, a restaurant, a coffee shop, an outdoor heated swimming pool. They also offered a welcome drink, table tennis, billiard tables, and board games. The location was perfect for hiking and cycling. They had sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The children's menu and playpen were a plus for families. The hotel had wheelchair access, no pets allowed, and no smoking on site.

Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and offered great service throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of food options to suit everyone's taste.
My experience at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't fault anything.

The limited dinner menu which could use more variety. , the sauna could have been hotter for those who enjoy high heat.

The hotel's location is convenient but lacks charm or views. the rooms are adequate, but the bathrooms are too small and uncomfortable. the breakfast and food are basic, with inadequate choices. the pool and sauna are outdated and uncomfortable. There is limited heating in the hotel, making it cold and uncomfortable.
The service could be more attentive and accommodating towards guests' needs.

The family-owned hotel had a lovely spa area and swimming pool. the staff were friendly and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. the breakfast buffet provided a variety of options.
The hotel was located a considerable distance from the main attractions, which required a car to get around. the soundproofing between rooms was also poor, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep with noise from other guests.
